Terms And Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between Natural Impex, Jaipur, India, and the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Products & Quality
  • All products supplied are based on the specifications mutually agreed in the Purchase Order (PO).
  • Natural Impex ensures machine-cleaned, sortex-cleaned, export-grade quality as per standard export norms unless otherwise specified.
  • Natural variations in agricultural products are expected and accepted by the buyer.
3. Pricing
  • Prices are quoted FOB / CIF / CNF / Ex-Works, depending on the agreement.
  • Price validity is mentioned in the quotation.
  • Any change in freight, customs duty, or government regulation may affect the final price.
4. Orders & Confirmation
  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving a formal Purchase Order (PO).
  • For international shipments, an advance payment or LC (as mutually agreed) is required.
5. Payment Terms
  • Payments must be made as per agreed terms (Advance / LC / TT).
  • Delayed payments may attract interest or shipment hold.
6. Packaging
  • Standard packing: PP bags / jute bags / bulk bags / vacuum bags.
  • Custom export packaging is available as per buyer requirement.
  • Packaging weight tolerance of ±1% is acceptable.
7. Delivery & Shipment
  • Delivery timelines depend on product availability, port conditions, and logistics.
  • Natural Impex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure.
8. Inspection
  • Pre-shipment inspection (if required) can be done by SGS, QSS, or any authorized agency at the buyer’s cost.
  • Once goods are shipped, claims for minor quality variations will not be accepted.
9. Claims & Returns
  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the cargo with proper documentation.
  • Due to the nature of agricultural commodities, returns are not accepted unless mutually agreed and supported by inspection reports.
10. Governing Law

All contracts are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
